In this regard, Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said that the G20 is a forum for international economic cooperation, bringing together the world's major economies, Russia is an important member, and no member has the right to expel the membership of other countries.

Wang Wenbin pointed out that at present, the global anti-epidemic is at a critical stage, the world economic recovery is starting, and instability and uncertainty are increasing.

Against this background, the G20 has important responsibilities in leading the global fight against the epidemic, improving global economic governance, and promoting world economic stability.

The G20 should practice genuine multilateralism, strengthen solidarity and cooperation, and work together to address outstanding challenges in areas such as sustainable economic and financial development, so as to make positive contributions to the realization of economic health and global development.

Wang Wenbin emphasized that China supports the presidency to promote the G20 cooperation in various fields in accordance with the established agenda around the theme of "common recovery and strong recovery".
