The bureau has done a good job in emergency response and aftermath, urging the insurance industry to quickly follow up on the progress of the accident, and carry out a survey of the underwriting situation.

The heads of Guangxi Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau and Wuzhou Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau rushed to the scene in a timely manner, fully cooperated with relevant local departments to do emergency response, and coordinated and carried out financial service docking work.

At present, 21 insurance institutions have urgently launched on-site investigations and participated in the rescue.

The relevant bureaus of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission shall strengthen guidance, coordinate local insurance companies to follow up services in a timely manner, and ensure that insurance services are accessible and in appropriate ways.

  The third is to instruct insurance companies to establish green channels for claim settlement, simplify claim settlement procedures and materials, and optimize claim settlement services.

It is necessary to do a good job in fund mobilization in advance, and make preparations for indemnity and prepaid indemnity at any time.

The relevant bureaus of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission shall strengthen the supervision and guidance of claims settlement work, pay attention to the specific problems that may exist in the settlement of claims, and take relevant regulatory measures or impose administrative penalties in accordance with the law for suspected violations of laws and regulations.

  Fourth, strengthen the communication and coordination with the local government and relevant departments, obey the unified command, and effectively play the positive role of the banking and insurance industry in the disposal of accidents and disasters.

Guide the insurance companies within the jurisdiction to carry out the investigation and data statistics of underwriting and claims, and report to the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission in a timely manner as required.

All insurance companies shall strengthen the management of news publicity for claims settlement services, ensure that news publicity serves the actual claims settlement, and strictly prohibit taking the opportunity to hype.
