The Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia called for investigating the sighting of the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan on Friday evening, corresponding to the twenty-ninth of the month of Shaaban, according to the Umm al-Qura calendar, and to inform the nearest court of those who see it with the naked eye or through binoculars, and to record his testimony to it, or to contact the nearest center to help him reach the nearest court .

In its statement, the Supreme Court said, “Given the content of the Supreme Court’s decision that the next Thursday is the complement of the month of Rajab, and that Friday is the first of the month of Sha’ban, and based on it and on the orders and instructions previously issued, and following the guidance of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, the The Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would like all Muslims throughout Saudi Arabia to investigate the sighting of the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan on the evening of Friday, the twenty-ninth of the month of Sha’ban.

The Supreme Court requests whoever sees it with the naked eye or through binoculars to inform the nearest court to him and to record his testimony there, or to contact the nearest center to help him reach the nearest court.

The court hopes that those who have the ability to take an interest in the matter and join the committees formed in the regions for this purpose, and calculate the reward and reward by participating in it because of the cooperation in righteousness and piety and the benefit of all Muslims.
