A 40-year-old man appeared this Friday before the correctional court of Albertville (Savoie) for acts of "sexual attack without coercion or violence on a minor over 15 years old by a person in authority".
According to
Le Dauphiné Libéré
, a complaint was filed in October 2020 by a mother.
She had declared that her 16-year-old daughter had a relationship with this friend of her father.
The teenager had told the police to be in love with this father of four children.
Pronounced relaxation
For his part, the respondent was accused of a de facto authority characterized, according to the prosecutor, by the psychological distress of the young woman.
The 40-year-old assured the court that he too was "very much in love".
The defense lawyer finally convinced the magistrates that his client had never sought to have ascendancy over the teenager.
The defendant was eventually released.
