Two men were indicted in Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis) on Tuesday March 15 for kidnapping and forcible confinement, torture and acts of barbarism and attempted rape.
As
Le Parisien
reported , they are suspected of having taken part in a punitive expedition against a young 20-year-old drug dealer who allegedly stole 3 kg of cannabis and 41 g of cocaine from them.
On March 10, the manager of a grocery store in Saint-Denis called the police after a young man took refuge in the toilets of his shop before being found and forcibly loaded into a car by three people.
Thanks to CCTV footage, the owner of the vehicle and the victim were quickly identified.
Tortured for twenty-four hours
The next morning, the police arrested and placed in custody two men aged 28 and 31 suspected of having participated in the kidnapping.
The victim, who was released from prison last January after serving a six-month sentence for drug trafficking, presented himself in the evening at the emergency room of the Parisian Robert-Debré hospital (19th century).
She explained that she fell into a trap and was kidnapped and tortured for twenty-four hours.
Punches, knife lacerations, attempted rape, simulated drowning… Facts confirmed by forensic emergencies and refuted by the two suspects during their hearings.
One of them would still have ended up admitting to having embarked the victim in the car.
The investigation continues to find the other kidnappers.
