(Crash of China Eastern Airlines) ICAO expresses grief and condolences over the crash of China Eastern Airlines flight

  China News Agency, Toronto, March 21. The International Civil Aviation Organization, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, said through its social media account on March 21, local time, that it is deeply saddened by the tragic crash of China Eastern Airlines flight MU5735.

  ICAO also expresses its deepest condolences to all those affected by the crash.

  On the same day, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also expressed his condolences to the relatives and friends of the passengers of the crashed flight through social media platforms.

  On the afternoon of March 21, China Eastern Airlines flight MU5735 lost contact and crashed over Wuzhou City, Guangxi during the Kunming-Guangzhou mission.

There were 123 passengers and 9 crew members on board.
