Alberto Núñez Feijóo has outlined this Tuesday a national plan with "ten immediate measures to stop the closure of companies and the enormous losses" that are causing the energy shortage, the supply crisis and the stoppage of part of the transport of goods.

In this way, the future leader of the PP has begun to make national opposition from the Galician Parliament, where he has appeared at the request of the opposition.

His speech has had a marked national accent.

In fact, it is the first thing that the leader of the Galician opposition, the BNG spokeswoman, Ana Pontón, has made ugly: "This is the Galician Parliament, not the Senate."

Feijóo has demanded that Sánchez make decisions "now" and has defended that the worst mistake is not making any decision and has announced that the Xunta is going to make "more decisions".

"The Government cannot live in an ivory tower while so many sectors are in a desperate situation," she summarized.

Of the decalogue of proposals of the Galician baron, one has stood out: a contingency plan to guarantee the supply of basic products to the population, in which the Security Forces and Bodies escort the trucks that transport perishable food.

"And if this is not enough to guarantee safe corridors, in perishable foods, let the Army help us to guarantee that milk, fish, and meat leave their places of origin to their destination."

In addition, sources from the Xunta add that Feijóo also claims that medical devices be protected in the same way: if necessary, with the Army.

Not in vain, the Galician regional government has reached an agreement with carriers to establish "safe corridors" for perishable food, according to sources from the regional executive.

One of the most pressing reasons is that Galicia is the main producer of milk in Spain, and Vigo is the main European port of fresh fish.

But this security method has to be implemented by the Executive, which is the one that has the powers of Police and Civil Guard.

In addition to requesting it for his community as regional president, Feijóo proposes it for the rest of the country as the future leader of the opposition.

It is also convenient for the central government to ask the European Commission to review the conditions for importing products "in order to cover with guarantees what until now was acquired in the Ukraine or Russia."

Feijóo believes that the economic shock plan must necessarily go through the fact that the Government "sits down" immediately "with the platform calling for the transport strike, to try to bring positions closer together and reach a solution."

In fiscal matters, Feijóo's plan contains various measures.

The first, "extend until the end of the year the following fiscal measures already in force -and which expire in June-".

Likewise, it demands "that a query be submitted to the European Union to be able to reduce VAT on hydrocarbons in a similar way, to also place it in this exercise at the reduced or super-reduced rate; or to establish aid for consumption", as well as the reduction Express Special Tax on Hydrocarbons at the minimum rates established in the European Taxation Directive.

And urge the European Commission to establish a temporary rate of 0%, and a mechanism to provide stability in the electricity price for families.

Feijóo has also called for a "drastic" tax cut for the countryside, a cut in port fees or the opening of new export markets, after the trade restrictions resulting from the invasion of Ukraine and the temporary exemption from Social Security contributions. in the sectors in which the crisis affects the "most extreme" way.

The future leader of the opposition has reached out to Sánchez to streamline European funds and to create an Extraordinary Liquidity Fund, accompanied by measures such as "requesting a one-year moratorium on ICO loans", the extension of ERTEs or " accelerate the processing of the new Bankruptcy Law, with pre-bankruptcy figures that favor the refinancing of companies in difficulty".
