Ruler of Sharjah issues an Emiri decree establishing the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries
His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued Emiri Decree No. (10) of 2022 regarding the establishment of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulates that a government department in the Emirate of Sharjah called "the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Emirate of Sharjah" shall be established with the legal personality and legal capacity necessary to achieve its objectives and exercise its competencies.
A law is issued to organize the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Emirate of Sharjah, its objectives, competencies and all its affairs.
