The "Notice" requires strengthening the guarantee of conditions, strengthening the provision of vision monitoring and inspection equipment, strengthening the strength of schools and kindergarten schools, hospitals and infirmaries (health rooms, health care rooms, etc.), and equipping school doctors according to standards.
The prevention and control port is moved forward, and the school and parents check the monitoring results in a timely manner. The school reminds and educates primary and secondary school students and children with abnormal vision in a timely manner, and promptly informs parents to take their children to regular medical institutions for inspection and confirmation, so as to control the occurrence and development of myopia.
The "Notice" requires local education departments to strictly supervise and manage, strictly prohibit unqualified institutions from entering schools to carry out vision testing, severely crack down on false and illegal marketing and publicity, strictly control the quality of myopia prevention and control products and services, strictly manage vision monitoring data security, and strictly enforce vision testing and related Service supervision and inspection, and earnestly safeguard the health and rights of children and adolescents.
