  In his speech, he also urged Switzerland to do more against Russian oligarchs.

Although Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, it has fully accepted EU sanctions on Russian individuals and entities, including an order to freeze their wealth in Swiss banks, Reuters said.

  Agence France-Presse reported that Swiss Confederation President Cassis said he hoped the gunfire would die down soon and said Switzerland was ready to play a mediating role or organize talks between Russia and Ukraine.
