Follow the adventurous family in a new series: "Dare to go out"

In SVT's program "Äventyrsfamiljen" a family tests a number of different adventures in nature.

The family consists of Magdalena Martinsson and father Per-Anders Fredriksson and the children Signe, Nike and Sander.

In the series shown on SVT Play, they test, among other things, snorkeling along the mountains, bike rides through mountains and valleys and hiking.

- Many people have been inspired to try something new, such as snorkeling, says Magdalena Martinsson.

Tips for the adventurous with children

On a daily basis, the family lives in Tävelsjö outside Umeå and spends a lot of time in the mountains. 

For those who may be hesitant to go out into nature with children, Magdalena Martinsson has a tip:

Dare to go out and start on a small scale.

You do not have to go that far.
