In western Ukraine, those who can mobilize to help the army in various ways.
SVT's Elin Jönsson and photographer Niklas Berglund have met people who are now using their creativity to help the army in the defense of their country.
- We send these tank barriers to eastern Ukraine, to the cities that are in danger now, says Renata, project manager for "Save Ukraine" from the abandoned factory somewhere in western Ukraine where tank barriers are now welded together.
There are more who are trying to help.
In the room where they sew women's clothes in peacetime, they have changed and sew sleeping bags for the army.
- The first day of the war, they thought about what they could do and they stopped making women's clothes and started making sleeping bags, says Renata.
