Sydsvenskan has previously told about 77-year-old Gunilla Wouda in Perstorp who wanted to sell her house that she has lived in since 2006.

She had plans to move north and was attracted by an ad she saw in the local newspaper.

The ad, from Fastighetsköparna, promised a quick deal without brokerage fees and help with both the move and the moving cleaning.

She called and arranged a meeting to get a bid for the house.

A man who called himself Gabriel Andersson and two other men came home to Gunilla.

They agreed on SEK 650,000.

Felt pressured to sign

But she also received another offer: to remove 100,000 from the prize and put it up for something else to avoid profit tax.

- I'm not doing that kind of shit, I replied, says Gunilla Wouda.

When it was time to complete the deal, which was to take place at an office in Helsingborg, it ended with them all gathering around the table at Gunilla's home.

And on the contract it was 550,000 - 100,000 kronor less than agreed.

Gunilla Wouda says that she then felt pressured to sign, because Gabriel claimed that she had agreed to the deal and that the remaining 100,000 kronor would be paid later.

Why did you sign up anyway?

- If we had been in the office, I could have gotten up and left, but I did not dare when he sat and said that it was I who had agreed to it.

I felt uncomfortable.

- I feel blown away.

And I was an easy prey.

Still have not received any money

On the purchase contract, it is a close relative of the Fakhro brothers who is the buyer of the house.

In addition, it is the brothers' company Lomma Trädgård that is behind the website - the company that SVT examined this summer after they cheated private customers and municipalities.

Lomma garden was bought by Magnus Fakhro, formerly Malek Fakhro and is now owned by Jörgen Johansson, formerly Abd Elrahman Fakhro.

The latest promise was that she would get her 100,000 kronor after moving out in December, but she has not made any money.

Gunilla Wouda is a member of the municipal council for the Sweden Democrats in Perstorp.

SVT has asked the brothers Fakhro and Fastighetsköparna for a comment, but they have not responded.
