The Russian propaganda station RT DE has been banned again.

This time from the Administrative Court of Berlin.

It confirmed that the Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg (MABB) was allowed to ban RT DE from broadcasting.

The decision was "in all likelihood lawful upon summary examination" (VG 27 L 43/22).

The media regulator had banned RT DE from operating because the broadcaster does not have a license.

On the other hand, RT DE is suing and filed the urgent application, which was rejected, whereas an appeal to the Berlin-Brandenburg Higher Administrative Court is possible.

RT DE doesn't really care about the ban: the broadcaster's stream is available online here and there.

Two fines (25,000 and 40,000 euros) do not prevent RT DE from playing cat and mouse.

That's how it works with us.

Things are different in Putin's empire: Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has asked his colleagues from the culture department to include the works of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy from his time as an actor, producer and comedian and those of the internationally renowned film and television producer Alexander Rodnyansky from the "cultural agenda “Exclude Russia.

For him personally, said Rodnyansky, who has won numerous awards, it means nothing, but it means nothing for the directors with whom he has worked.

He would never want Russian money.

The Russian defense minister has called for the film to be blocked as part of the "special operation" in Ukraine.

It is not only about physical, but also cultural destruction.
