According to the Japan Broadcasting Association (NHK), the Ukrainian ambassador to Japan Kosensky officially applied for Zelensky's video speech in the Japanese parliament on the 17th.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hiroyuki Hosoda, and the Speaker of the Senate, Akiko Shandong, both responded positively.

Since the Japanese parliament does not have a large screen for video speeches, the Japanese side is currently coordinating on this issue.

Previously, Zelensky has delivered video speeches in the US Congress and the German Bundestag.
