Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian mocked the West's idea of the "international community", through a photo he posted on his official Twitter account.
The picture shows a map of the world in which only Western European countries, Australia, North America and Japan appear, indicating that Western countries do not recognize the rest of the world when they talk about the idea of the "international community".
Zhao attached the photo with a comment in which he said, "It is a universally accepted fact. When the West talks about the international community, this is what they mean."
