Putin accuses Ukraine of "procrastinating" in negotiations
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday accused the Ukrainian authorities of "procrastinating" in the negotiations, but added that Moscow was ready to search for solutions during a call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
"It was pointed out that the Kyiv regime is trying in every possible way to delay the negotiations by offering more unrealistic proposals," the Kremlin said after the call.
"But the Russian side is ready to continue to search for solutions in line with its well-known principled approach," he added.
