The history of the riding facility dates back to 2016 when the municipal riding facility Bullersta went bankrupt.

In 2018, the now built-up site was pointed out on Arnö and in January 2020, the first sod was taken.

Two years later, everything is ready, but the local associations that have been offered to run the riding school have said no.

According to a chairman who SVT spoke to, the suit is too big to fill as, among other things, it is necessary to employ full-time staff.

The procurement is now being prepared in search of a private contractor and according to the municipality of Nyköping, the goal is for it to begin in April and last for 30 days.
