About 20,000 Ukrainian refugees present in France

While around 20,000 displaced persons from Ukraine have already been listed in France, the jobs offered will be in various sectors and throughout the territory, specifies the organization, while noting that after having fled a country at war, refugees "won't necessarily have a priority to pursue an activity".

By way of example, the Federation cites the case of a company in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the Demain group, which "offers to welcome and hire around twenty people in its textile workshop, and in the circular economy and temporary work".

These companies ready to hire refugees

Another example in Brittany, where "the companies AJI Environnement and Alter will be able to accommodate respectively ten and sixty people in the sector of the maintenance of green spaces and temporary work".

Finally, in Paca, Eurêka intérim can hire more than 60 people on a temporary basis in the agricultural, digital or even construction trades.

The day before, the Ministry of Labor had announced the launch for companies of a portal dedicated to the reception of displaced Ukrainians on the site "les entreprises s'engage" (https://www.lesentreprises-sengage. gouv.fr/agir-pour/ukraine).

This portal brings together information for material donations, financial donations or housing proposals.

A dedicated module has also been developed for the reception of displaced persons within companies, specifies the ministry.

Companies will thus be able to specify their hiring intentions and the type of position concerned.
