The Youth Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai introduces the Emirati model to empower and engage the new generation, through the programs and activities of the Federal Youth Foundation and the Arab Youth Center, which highlight the story of the nation's sons and their capabilities.

Under the spotlight, the youth pavilion put the talent of the 19-year-old Emirati, Sheikha Suleiman Al Dhanhani, to tell visitors her experience, and she has a golden opportunity to sign her second edition, entitled "And give them a little time", as she signed it for the first time at the last session of the Sharjah International Book Fair.

Sheikha, a student at the UAE University, described her participation in the youth pavilion at the "Dubai Expo" as a source of pride, especially as it came in the largest international event visited by visitors of different nationalities with different cultures and backgrounds, which strengthened her loyalty and appreciation for her dear country, the Emirates, adding to "The Emirates." Today: “My participation in the youth pavilion is a golden opportunity to meet people and engage in dialogue with them, and to hear words of encouragement that have been a great support for me.” She hoped that the texts in the book would touch the hearts of visitors.

The pavilion contributed to the promotion of Sheikha Al Dhanhani's publication, by allowing visitors to the pavilion to acquire the book that contains literary texts that invite the reader to think about the greatness of the Creator.

She stresses the role that everyone can play to influence others, even if by a little.

About her beginnings in writing, Sheikha, who is studying computer and network engineering, said that she started the journey in high school with the strong support of her father, friends and teachers, and she still remembers the feelings of joy that she had when her teacher praised her after reading her poems, hence her real launch, as well. On the paper “Our Future Desires” that she and her classmates had assigned to her and pasted on the wall, as if she had made a vow to herself to fulfill them one day.

The Emirati creator, who loves drawing, design and reading, noted her father's prominent role in her experience, adding: "My father has always guided me towards reading as it is the main source for acquiring new information and vocabulary, as well as developing the mind."

Fears not obstacles
