Great novelty for this season, “Josefina and her magical journey”, a family boat trip on the theme of Empress Sissi in the Austrian district.
A new roller coaster will see the light of day in 2023 in the future district of Croatia.
Here we go again for a new season at Europa Park.
This Thursday morning during a press conference, the Mack family presented (among other things) what will await visitors to the theme park.
In addition to new restaurants, including one unique in the world, hotels or outdoor slides in Rulantica, the aquatic part of the park, it is the new attraction of the Austrian district which should seduce visitors.
"Josefina and her magical journey" offers a family boat trip on the theme of Empress Sissi, with a princess in a white dress, an attraction on the lake to discover water games and a secret garden.
This boat ride replaces that of the popular jungle rafts.
Another novelty is the “Valse Viennenoise” fountain show by the Alsatian manufacturer Aquatique Show, with water jets from a height of 40 meters, combining water, light and music.
Finally, on board the “Alpenexpress Coastiality” attraction, visitors will be able to discover “Amber Blake, The Chase”, the virtual reality adventure of the comic strip “Amber Blake: Operation Dragonfly” created by Belgian supermodel Jade Lagardère. .
This will immerse participants in a 30-minute interactive spy thriller available from this summer within the independent VR attraction Yullbe Pro.
A new district, Croatia
But as much to say it right away, even if it seems that the announcement was not to be made this morning, there will be something new.
A new rollercoaster will see the light of day.
If Roland Mack, the owner of the park and his son Michael, associate manager, did not want to reveal too much information "to keep the suspense", it was still said that this new super attraction would be a roller coaster, " obviously” designed and manufactured by “the Mack house” in Germany.
It will be “comparable to the Silver Star” and “will be long”.
The rest is still top secret.
The image of a car, which can include up to fifteen people, was however projected for a moment on the giant screen of the presentation.
Another main announcement, this roller coaster will be located in the brand new theme area of the leisure park, Croatia.
