"I am in favor of there being a written document" so that "everything we have said (is) recorded in time, as a commitment by the State and the Community", declared the minister during of a press conference at the prefecture of Ajaccio, on the second day of his visit to Corsica.

"The ministers engage the word of the State", replied the minister on Thursday: "What I say, (...) I am able to write it. I do not have two types of words, I do not I have only one, I am like the Corsicans, a man of honor. And so I will write and I will obviously engage the word of the Republic".
