Nicknamed the “Vampire of Barcelona”, Enriqueta Martí (1868-1913) was a serial killer who raged in the poor and villainous district of El Raval at the beginning of the 20th century.

A beggar during the day, Enriqueta Martí prostitutes herself at night.

In the darkness of her sordid dwelling, she murders young children to indulge in witchcraft rituals.

With the bones, blood or hair of her victims, Enriqueta concocts all sorts of potions and elixirs.

Arrested in 1912 and thrown into prison, the vampire was lynched to death by her fellow prisoners the following year.

Clémentine Portier-Kaltenbach tells you the story of a woman who was perhaps the worst serial killer in Spain.
