He pointed out, “Among the recent amendments made by the ministry is the allocation of a separate grievance committee that reports directly to the minister’s office, which receives complaints and grievances of cases in which social assistance stops, and studies them completely away from the Social Security Administration, and based on what is submitted to it and the nature of the case, the decision is taken.” .

He explained that «the problem of chronic diseases, especially blood pressure, diabetes and some heart diseases, is widely spread in the country, and allowing access to the social security database for this type of case, without relying on documented medical reports, will burden the insurance budget with a huge burden, so scrutiny is made on This is done, by reviewing reports related to certain periods in which the disease hinders the owner from work, with the medical authority again after the expiry of this period to detect the case again, and determine the extent of its ability to work.

Some of the beneficiaries of social security assistance, explained that the ministry had stopped disbursing aid to them, after it relied on their cases and continued to disburse it for periods ranging from one to three years, noting that they were suffering from chronic diseases, and based on medical reports they obtained from the Ministry of Health, which approved At the Ministry of Community Development, they have been approved as beneficiaries of aid, within the category of medical disability.
