An attempt to block the Fos-Marseille oil depot fails

After the blockades in Brest and Lorient, demonstrators tried overnight from Wednesday to Thursday to obstruct the Fos-sur-Mer oil depot,

learned from police sources, confirming information from BFMTVMarseille.

Five people were arrested by the police for participating in a group formed to prepare violence.

Six vehicles, no doubt intended to carry out this blockage, were seized while a hundred people had made an appointment on the spot.

A first attempt had already taken place at the beginning of the week.

This movement is part of a protest against soaring fuel prices.
