An employee of Galeries Lafayette must be tried Friday afternoon before the criminal court of Lyon.
According to our information, he is accused of having “used any means” to film several work colleagues without their knowledge in order to see their private parts.
Women only.
The facts took place between October 20, 2020 and December 24, 2021 in Bron.
Ten victims have been identified.
The man used to hide in the store's staff toilet.
From there, he went up to the toilets to film from his phone and over the partitions, his neighbors who were in the cabin next door.
But not only.
He would also have, on numerous occasions, filmed discreetly under the skirts of his colleagues, then in the middle of work.
The employee faces a two-year prison sentence and a fine of 30,000 euros.
