China Government Network issued the "State Council's Reply on Approving the Construction of High-quality Development Demonstration Zones in Ganzhou and Western Fujian Revolutionary Old Areas" on the 15th, stating that the State Council agreed to build Ganzhou and Western Fujian revolutionary old areas. High-quality development demonstration zones ( hereinafter collectively referred to as the Demonstration Area).
The construction plan of the demonstration area is issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, and will be implemented in conjunction with relevant departments and local organizations.
The State Council requires that the people's governments of Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province should effectively strengthen organizational leadership, clarify the division of tasks, improve the work coordination mechanism, organize the formulation of relevant plans for the development of demonstration zones, formulate supporting policies, promote reform, innovation and high-quality development of demonstration zones, and actively create Typical experiences and institutional outcomes that can be replicated and generalized.
Important policies, major projects, and key projects must be submitted for approval in accordance with procedures.
The State Council requires that the relevant departments should, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, strengthen the guidance on the construction of the demonstration zone, refine and improve relevant policies and measures, and provide active support in project layout, capital arrangement, and factor supply.
Implement the work plan of the central state organs and relevant units to support Gannan and other former central Soviet areas in the new era, and coordinate Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other relevant regions to strengthen counterpart cooperation with Sanming, Longyan, and Ganzhou.
Give full play to the role of the inter-ministerial joint meeting system to support the revitalization and development of the former Central Soviet Areas such as southern Jiangxi, coordinate and solve important problems in a timely manner, and create a good environment for the construction of demonstration areas.
The National Development and Reform Commission, together with the people's governments of Jiangxi Province and Fujian Province, should strengthen comprehensive coordination, track the progress of the demonstration zone construction, summarize and promote relevant experience and practices, and report major issues to the Party Central Committee and the State Council in a timely manner.
