The reindeer herder Niila Inga is in Nikkaluokta, 20 km east of Kebnekaise is on his way to the reindeer he has in the area, where the Hercules plane flew into Kebnekaise.

- We have the reindeer in exactly the same area, as ten years ago.

And especially today I think of the event ten years ago, says Niila Inga in Laeva's Sami village.

He and his reindeer herder colleague Erik Sarri were involved in guiding the Norwegian military in the search for the five Norwegian pilots who flew with the Hercules plane into the Kebenkaise massif on 15 March 2012.

- What I remember is the extremely harsh weather that prevailed then.

It was a storm and we saw nothing.

Then it was difficult to really understand what happened, when we came and met the Norwegian soldiers who were going out to search.

Niila sits on the scooter and looks west.

- It is terrible that people died in that accident.

In the clip, we meet Niila Inga who remembers the day ten years ago, when the Hercules plane flew into the Kebnekaise massif, and five people were injured.
