Salah Abdeslam was again questioned about his activities in the weeks preceding the November 13 attack in 2015. The accused answered questions from the court, but never went into details.

He simply admitted having made two of the five trips to pick up terrorists returning from Syria.

This is a key question concerning Salah Abdeslam: what was he doing a few weeks before the attacks of November 13, in 2015?

It is on this issue that the Paris Assize Court looked at Tuesday in this trial.

The court is seeking to determine its role in the preparations.

And if the accused answered the questions, he never wanted to go into details.

Abdeslam did not know the terrorists' project

The main accused just admitted on Wednesday that he had made two of the five trips to Hungary and Germany to pick up the terrorists returning from Syria, but he did not know of their plan.

Salah Abdeslam simply wanted "to help his brothers who were fleeing the war", he said, continuing: "As today, there is war in Ukraine, there are people who are looking for other people at the border, who want to go do humanitarian work", he tried to explain, provoking laughter, yellow, on the side of the civil parties, often very exasperated.

Day 92 at the trial of the #13 November attacks The second wave of interrogations on the merits of the accused continues.

No details on other drivers

The accused assured that he was not the only driver of the cars used, but he does not want to give any details or identity.

"It's not because I don't give certain information that I'm responsible," he said, annoyed.

Salah Abdeslam became truly insolent when the president of the court insisted, during hand-to-hand combat.

"It looks like you didn't hear me well. No comment," repeated the main defendant, smiling under his black mask.
