Journalists covering Russia's invasion of Ukraine continue to suffer casualties.

Fox News video reporter Pierre Zakrzewski was killed in a shooting outside Kiiu, the Ukrainian capital, according to AFP news agency.

Fox News said in a statement, "It is with a very sad and heavy heart to share the news about my beloved Pierre Zakrzewski."

Fox News said in a statement: "Pierre was reporting yesterday with reporter Benjamin Hall in Horenka, outside Kiiu, and their car was shot."

Fox News reported yesterday that Benjamin Hall was hospitalized after being injured during an interview, but did not comment on Peer Zakrzewski's condition.

This is the second time a Western journalist has died while covering an invasion of Ukraine.

On the 13th, former New York Times (NYT) reporter Brent Renault was shot and killed while covering a report in Irfin, outside Ukraine.

According to dpa news agency, Ukrainian human rights activist Lyudmila Denisova said four journalists have been killed and more than 30 have been injured since the start of the war.

"Victor Dudar of Ukrainian nationality was killed in Mykolayu, and reporter Yevchen Sakun was killed in a missile attack in Kiiu," Denisova said.

"The Russian occupation forces are actively targeting foreign reporters," he said.
