The violent accident occurred Monday shortly after 8 p.m. on the A4 motorway near Saverne, in the Bas-Rhin.

A 36-year-old motorist, alone in his vehicle, rolled over several times.

The victim is seriously injured, indicates in a report the Fire and Rescue Service of Bas-Rhin (SIS 67).

The emergency services, a dozen people, had to extricate the driver before transporting him, in a state of absolute emergency, the report specifies, to the Saverne hospital.
