　　The "Regulations" adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought on strengthening the military, adhere to the party's absolute leadership over the military, insist on focusing on preparing for war, insist on being brave in self-revolution, and comprehensively regulate the military party committee to implement comprehensive and strict governance of the party. The system requirements of the main responsibility provide compliance for the military party committee to fulfill the responsibility of governing the party and to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party to develop in depth.
