At the end of 2021, Zorica Petkovic in Valsätra discovered that something was not right.

She had ordered a TV that never arrived.

A telephone conversation with Postnord gave notice - due to, among other things, threats against the drivers, large packages were no longer delivered directly to the recipients.

Instead, they had to go to a drop-off point to pick up their pallets.

- There have been problems.

But it has gotten better, and this is not the right way to go, Zorica Petkovic told SVT then.

"Drivers are involved in this"

Erik Pelling (S), chairman of the municipal board, got involved and made sure that representatives of the municipality and Postnord met.

The outcome was a new and joint safety analysis.

After that, the message is that the parcel delivery will resume.

This is after Postnord has taken measures to make drivers feel safe.

- They are involved in this, but I can not go into detail what we have done, says Camilla Törnkvist, distribution manager at Postnord in Uppsala.
