The axes of the UAE Government Leaders Programme, which included a selection of the best national cadres and competencies, focused on understanding government trends and leadership, openness to the outside world, proactive and flexible leadership, effective and efficient smart decision-making, effective communication and communication, future foresight, imagination skills and design of an idea lab.
