Recipe : 

Meunière fillets

Ingredients 

  • 4 skate fillets

  • 1 lemon

  • 50g flour

  • 50g butter

  • salt

  • pepper

Flour your skate fillets, before salting and peppering them. 

In a frying pan, place butter and let it brown.

When the butter is frothy, add your skate fillets.

When the first side is golden, turn your fillets over and let the other side brown. 

When both sides of your fillets are golden brown, deglaze your fillets with the juice of a lemon.

And serve quickly!
