From religion by necessity, and targeting places of worship and a number of government headquarters and vital places on which the country’s economy is based, monitoring and targeting a number of officials and expatriates, monitoring and killing security men and mutilating some of them, planting mines, and committing a number of crimes of kidnapping, torture, rape and armed robberyAnd hand grenades, and the smuggling of weapons, ammunition and bombs to the Kingdom, they aim through this to destabilize security, sow discord and unrest, and cause riots and chaos, in addition to going out to conflict areas and implementing the terrorist schemes of ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Al-Houthi, and other terrorist organizations hostile to the Kingdom, and working with them in intelligence.


The statement added: "By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest those criminal elements whose hands were stained with the blood of innocents, and their thoughts and actions were polluted with treachery to this country. The competent court, and enabling them to enjoy all the guarantees and rights guaranteed to them by the regulations in the Kingdom, were issued against them documents proving their conviction of what was attributed to them, as follows:


• Conviction/ Osama Ahmed Muhammad Al-Rajhi - Yemeni national - of committing several crimes, including: killing a security man and photographing his crime In agreement with the terrorist organization "ISIS"


• The conviction of Yazid bin Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Abu Nayan and Nawaf bin Sharif bin Samir Al-Anzi - a Saudi national - of committing several crimes, including: killing two security men and attempting to target a number of security men and citizens and foreigners, as per the orders of ISIS.terrorist.


• Convicting Haitham bin Ibrahim bin Hassan Al-Mukhtar, a Saudi national, of committing several crimes, including: participating in the killing of two security men and wounding another, with severely injured residents, targeting a security building, causing riots and creating chaos, and destroying public property.


• Khalil bin Hussein bin Yahya Al-Zahrani, a Saudi national, was convicted of several crimes, including: killing two security men, and joining a terrorist cell.

The statement added that the instruments included a death sentence, and the judgments were upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided legally and was supported by its reference.
