  The overall level of internationalization of vocational education in my country is not high, and the training of international skilled personnel is still a shortcoming.

  As an important part of the national education system and human resource development, vocational education is an important foundation for cultivating technical and skilled talents, promoting employment, entrepreneurship and innovation, and promoting Chinese manufacturing and service levels.

However, compared with general academic education, the overall level of internationalization of vocational education in my country is not high, the training of international skilled talents is still a shortcoming, and the scale of international exchanges and cooperation needs to be further improved.

  In order to adapt to the new changes in the current situation at home and abroad and meet the new requirements of the market for the talent pattern, it is first necessary to improve the legal system of vocational education as soon as possible, improve the promotion system for teachers' titles (titles) in higher vocational colleges, and improve the policies related to vocational undergraduate education. measures to strengthen the coordination mechanism for solving difficulties and problems.

  The system construction guarantees the vocational undergraduate pilot program, creates a development pattern of "overall large-scale and individual characteristics" of vocational education in China, forms the large-scale development of higher vocational education and the characteristic layout of higher vocational undergraduates, and achieves the goal of achieving a good reputation as a higher vocational education region.

  At the same time, it is necessary to improve the connotation of the "1+X" certificate system in higher vocational colleges.

According to the comprehensive situation of the three aspects of "morality + basic + ability", the real feedback is "1" certificate, including graduation certificate, graduation certificate, and graduation certificate three types.

  "Virtue" refers to moral character and professional ethics; "Basic" refers to foundation and basic theory; "Able" refers to skills and practical operation.

Combining the three, pay attention to the principles of ability first, morality as the root, and basics, give full play to the characteristics of the college, emphasize practical skills, and guide students to pay attention to practical exercises and love learning.

  Refer to the form of subject catalogues of general colleges and universities to form secondary skill catalogues of skill categories of higher vocational colleges, and configure “X” certificates of corresponding skills for the primary and secondary skill catalogues. Comprehensive assessment, and gradually establish and timely publish the "X" certificate with high gold content, good practicability and strong pertinence.

  Through the establishment and improvement of the filing system, the effective supervision of the academic process of international students in higher vocational colleges will be strengthened, and the international competitiveness of higher vocational colleges will be enhanced.

Guide higher vocational colleges to open strong majors, advantageous majors, and characteristic majors to international students, cultivate practical talents with international competitiveness, and pass the record system to prevent higher vocational colleges from "one foreign student, one major, one diploma" cultivation mode.

  In terms of teaching, carry out horizontal comparisons of the same major at home and abroad, and conduct process supervision and management of teachers, teaching conditions, teaching quality, and teaching effectiveness.

For example, according to the source of students with degrees, the full allocation of full-time and part-time teachers corresponding to the language of higher vocational colleges is implemented to ensure the professional learning of international students' technical skills, and to ensure that all classroom teaching is conducted in English.

  In order to improve the development level of vocational education in the region, it is also necessary to promote the integrated development of private non-profit higher vocational education and public colleges and universities, and pilot an audit system that synchronizes the funding of the two.

This effectively eliminates the risk of misappropriation of funds, improves teaching conditions, reduces the burden on students, and promotes the overall healthy development of vocational education.

Simultaneously set up a pilot system for the salary of teachers in private higher vocational colleges to refer to the public welfare fund guarantee system, promote the balance and flow of basic education resources, and lay the foundation for the exchange of outstanding teachers between private vocational schools and public vocational schools.

  Under the new situation and new pattern, speeding up the training of internationalized skilled talents is a "shortcoming" for my country's vocational education and an important part of the modernization of vocational education.

To make up for the shortcomings of the "internationalization" of vocational education, it is necessary to speed up the exploration of the path of international cooperation in running schools, speed up international cooperation in professional construction, teaching staff and other aspects, realize the cross-cultural ability training of skilled talents, accelerate the integration of talent training standards with international standards, and actively develop Internationally accepted curriculum system, exploring overseas schools and online teaching.

  Especially under the current situation, to cultivate the national brand of "going out" of vocational colleges, it is necessary to focus on meeting the needs of the "Belt and Road" construction.

It is possible to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with vocational education institutions in countries along the "Belt and Road", and explore the implementation of "Belt and Road" skilled personnel order-based training.

  In a word, the traditional training of skilled talents has been difficult to meet the development needs of the new era. Aiming at the direction of global technological change and industrial optimization and upgrading, we should accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system, and speed up the "upgrade" in the curriculum setting of vocational education. The transformation of talent training to the training of skilled and innovative talents can promote the effective connection of the education chain, the talent chain, the industrial chain and the innovation chain.
