Around 7 p.m. on Wednesday evening, a wild boar was seen coming out of the water and then strolling on the beaches of Nice, near Magnan.

Taken aback, a passer-by first thought of a dog with darkness, as

Nice-Matin

reports  with the testimony of a woman who transmitted a video.

She describes him as "as big as a German shepherd"

🐗 Wednesday evening, a resident of Fabron in #Nice06 was walking her dog, when she made a funny discovery: a boar coming out of the water.

Animals that approach buildings

The witness lost sight of the boar in Carras as he “trotted too fast on the pebbles” and decided to call the fire brigade to deal with it.

Other Internet users have shared videos of the animal on social networks.

In January, a wild boar had already been seen and filmed walking in the middle of the street in Nice, on the upper boulevard de Cimiez.

In recent years, these animals have been approaching buildings and cities.

So much so that hunts were organized in 2017 by the Alpes-Maritimes prefecture, east of Nice.
