He continued: "In this matter, we consider it correct to respond positively to these requests, especially as they come not for financial considerations, but because of the real desire of these people, and we know many of them, as they have previously helped us in the war against ISIS in the most difficult period, during the past ten years." .

Putin accepted the idea of ​​helping these volunteers go to the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics.
