His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, affirmed that the UAE was able to gain the world’s confidence by its success in organizing the largest global event ever, and that it will continue its active role in being a forum for events that contribute to promoting rapprochement and convergence between peoples. In line with its directions and vision to contribute to creating a better, more sustainable and prosperous future for all humanity, His Highness indicated that the achievements made in the global event are a source of pride for every Emirati and resident who lives on this good land.

This came when His Highness received, yesterday, at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai, Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, and a number of commissioners-general of the pavilions of the countries participating in this global event, in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah, and Sheikh Saqr bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi.

His Highness said: "We are working according to a future vision that supports our comprehensive development process and contributes to upgrading the capabilities of the Emirati human being, under the leadership of my brother, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, and my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE Ruler of Dubai, my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and my brothers, Their Highnesses, members of the Supreme Council, rulers of the Emirates.”
