  Zhang Zhijun said that the core meaning of the "1992 Consensus" is that "the two sides of the Taiwan Strait belong to one China and work together to seek national reunification", which reflects the political wisdom of seeking common ground while reserving differences, confirming the political basis for cross-strait consultation, and developing for the ARATS and Taiwan SEF.
