A huge number of soldiers from 13 countries are participating in the total three-week NATO exercise Saber Strike.

The training depicted in the SVT documentary "If the enemy comes" takes place in Slovakia and has been planned for two years.

Now it has become eerily relevant with Russia's invasion of neighboring Ukraine.

Stefan Zemanovic, Lieutenant Colonel of the Slovak Army, wears a ribbon with the colors of Ukraine on his uniform.

He tells how it feels to carry out an exercise - at the same time as the neighboring country is fighting a real war.

- It is difficult to even have to think about, he says.
