A study carried out by One point & Kantar and unveiled this Wednesday exclusively by Europe 1, focuses on the jobs of tomorrow and the evolution of the way of working.

Among the main findings, the fact that 85% of the professions of 2035 do not yet exist, or that the single employee model will be shaken up in favor of a new one.

How will we work in the future?

What job will a 12-year-old schoolboy have in 2035?

Europe 1 reveals to you exclusively this Wednesday the results of a study carried out by One point & Kantar.

And among the first lessons, the fact that the single employee model will be shaken up in favor of a new model of entrepreneurship.

2.3 different activities on average per day

Indeed, currently in France, only 8% of working people combine two remunerated activities.

In 2035, according to the projections of this study, an employee will combine an average of 2.3 different activities each day.

A model in tune with a generation that favors flexibility over security.

This is explained by Mathieu Fouquet, director of human resources at One Point.

"We go from a normalized man, who is in a system, who has loyalty to a company and a career, to an entrepreneur man. Of his professional, personal and virtual life. And the balance between these three lives goes give a lot of new jobs."

60% of professions to be "augmented"

Another striking indicator of this study is the fact that 85% of the professions of 2035 do not yet exist.

The percentage is striking: the development of artificial intelligence and robotics are disrupting the labor market.

Tomorrow, 60% of jobs will be impacted.

They will not be eliminated but rather "increased": the alliance between technological performance and human cognitive abilities will make it possible to create thousands of new jobs.

"We are going to witness the birth of new professions, 607,000 according to the study. Professions around cybersecurity, ethics and necessarily artificial intelligence", continued Mathieu Fouquet.

If these projections are confirmed, our teenagers could therefore become super entrepreneurs, multi-active, free and fulfilled.
