From 6:00 a.m. a little while ago, the polling place at the Mok-dong Youth Training Center also started to welcome voters.

Even though it was still early, I was already seen lining up.

As time goes on, more and more voters want to cast their precious votes.

Voting for the 20th presidential election is being held at 14,460 polling stations across the country.

Voter turnout will be counted and announced an hour later, starting at 7 am.

The total number of voters is 44,197,000, which is about 1.72 million more than the 19th presidential election.

The early voting turnout, held for two days on the 4th and 5th, reached a record high of 36.93%, 10% higher than the previous election.

Because of this, it is noteworthy that the overall turnout in the presidential election may exceed 80%.

Since the 15th presidential election, the first horizontal regime change since democratization, the turnout has never been higher than 80%.

Both the ruling and opposition parties interpret high turnout in their favor.

Those with COVID-19 confirmed and quarantined can vote for an hour and a half from 6pm.

You must bring your ID and voting information sent by the public health center.

After voting, the counting starts at 8:10 pm at the earliest.

The Election Commission predicted that the outline of the elected candidate would be revealed at around 1 am tomorrow at the earliest.

However, the time may be delayed if two powerful candidates engage in a close battle within the margin of error.
