“In order to safely evacuate civilians from settlements, a “silence mode” is introduced today from 10 o’clock Moscow time and humanitarian corridors from Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol are opened, ”the agency’s official statement says.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk announced earlier that an agreement had been reached on opening a humanitarian corridor from the city of Sumy.
The time frame of the gum corridor is from 9:00 to 21:00 (from 10:00 to 22:00 Moscow time).
