It was 2018 that a missing man was found dead in a burnt-out van in Hedlandet outside Eskilstuna.
The woman suspected of the murder was acquitted by the district court but sentenced by the Svea Court of Appeal in November 2021.
It is now clear that the prison sentence is upheld when the Supreme Court announced on Tuesday that they see no reason to take up the case.
