Intissar El-Sisi confirmed that Egyptian women have assumed important positions that were not available to them before, pointing to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's great interest in the status of Egyptian women and his appreciation for their role in society.

Intisar Al-Sisi said, during the celebration, that it is the Egyptian woman who adds to the place and position she holds, and not the other way around, noting that empowering women is not only through equality in positions, but also by helping her to carry out her tasks efficiently, pointing out that the state is keen to support Women and the preservation of their rights through many initiatives, including "a decent life" and "early detection", providing projects for breadwinners, preserving heritage, and providing education and training for our daughters.

Intisar Al-Sisi also expressed her support, support and sponsorship of the "Noura" and "Dawi" initiatives, which aim to support the Egyptian girl, amplify her voice and achieve rapprochement between her and the family and society, adding, "These two initiatives are important and deserve study because they address girls at the age of forming their personality."

For her part, the President of the National Council for Women in Egypt, Dr. Maya Morsi, announced the launch of the “Dawi” initiative to empower and amplify the voice of the Egyptian girl within the national project for the development of the Egyptian family, in partnership with the ministries of education, health, youth, communications, culture and solidarity.

She also announced the "Noura" initiative to support the Egyptian girl, the "daughter of the new republic", to complete her education, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund, stressing that the Egyptian girl is strong, brave and reliable, and that her education and her family are life and support for her, and the girl is the security and safety of her family. And she became a minister and a judge and is living her golden age because the state is on her side.

The United Nations Population Fund extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Intisar Al-Sisi, for her sponsorship of the Noura Program, which is supported by the Fund, and aims to reach every girl in Egypt and qualifies her to achieve herself and make the best use of her abilities. Noura’s program focuses on reaching all girls and aims to empower them.
