The Investigative Committee recalled the shelling of the Kievsky district of Donetsk, as a result of which part of the capital of the DPR was de-energized.
In addition, the Ukrainian military opened fire on a ferroalloy plant in Stakhanov.
“The Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee instructed to collect and record evidence of these attacks for further thorough and comprehensive investigation of the criminal activities of Ukrainian military personnel,” the ministry said in a statement.
Earlier, the LPR reported about the shelling of the village of Lozovoe from the Grad MLRS by the Ukrainian military.
In the DPR, a civilian from the DPR-controlled territory near Volnovakha was injured.
