The head of the UNHCR is in Lviv in western Ukraine, where hundreds of thousands of refugees are.

The mayor alerted on Monday that the city has reached its limit and called on international aid organizations to come there and assist with support.

I met him the day before yesterday, and today I met the head of the military administration in the Lviv region, and they say that the city does not have the capacity to receive everyone who comes.

About 70,000 internally displaced people arrive in Lviv every day.
