The mayor of Besançon files a complaint against an exhibitionist

The mayor of Besançon Anne Vignot had a slightly busier Sunday afternoon than expected.

It was around 2 p.m. when the elected representative came across an exhibitionist in a pedestrian tunnel in the city of Doubs.

The man, in a drunken state, showed him, like other passers-by, his sex in particular, reports

The city councilor called the police and the individual was quickly arrested and taken into custody.

He again attempted to escape, but was overpowered.

With a blood alcohol level of 1.64 g/l of blood, he was to be heard once his condition permitted.
